INTRODUCTION

Human Resources Management (HRM)  from Annamalai University is an amalgamation of resource planning, employee relation, administrative personal functions and presentation management. This department deals with issues related to employees like their hiring, training and in their sacking too. The main purpose of the human resources department is to make sure that company gets the maximum returns on the investment that company invest on their employees. The department also conducts various activities to improve the quality of their employees by providing them latest knowledge in the market and also they make sure that it happens in an active, impartial and in steady manner. This department is strength of every organization. 

  OBJECTIVE The purpose of the course is to give knowledge of people management, achieving the goals of the company by motivating its employees on a regular basis,uphold proper hierarchy of the organization, maintain healthy working environment among all the members to get effective results.
