The One Year Diploma Program in Human Resource Management focuses on developing HR leaders by stimulating critical thinking and focusing on innovations in this field.

The Program objective is to Provide students an idea about time, ideas, innovation and people management in terms of professional working and includes basics of Industrial relations. Candidates develop their research, technical and analytical skills which will enable them to work in any available dimension.


The Minimum qualification required to be eligible for admission is a minimum 50% aggregate in the Graduate / Degree examination of a recognized university (45% for SC/ST).
